White Sands Village unit #225 is a large, airy corner unit with spacious wrap-around lanai and roll-back window walls. You can look out over the lovely gardens and tennis courts, and west to the ocean and sunsets.

White Sands Village is a three building complex on the Kona Coast of the Island of Hawaii.
It hosts two fine tennis courts, a lovely swimming pool, Jacuzzi, sauna, pool table and outdoor BBQ.
There are no charges for any of these amenities.

The beach front at White Sands Village, sometimes called "Magic Sands Beach", is one of the most beautiful white sand beaches in the Hawaiian Islands. Between January and March sand can be washed out by a high winter surf. It will reappear within a few days, washed clean, when the wind, tides and surf are right. When the beach is "in", surfing is a real delight. Kahaluu Beach, protected by a coral reef, is located one mile south of White Sands Village. It is the finest snorkeling beach on the Island. It is safe for small children and for turtles, who pull themselves out of the water to sun.

As you enter, the fully equipped kitchen is to the right, including microwave and dishwasher. To the left is the guest cabinet containing things you may need during your stay, as well as supplies for the unit. The dining area is opposite the kitchen pass-through, and the living room is just beyond, with TV and DVD player. The sofa/chaise lounge in the living room folds into a queen size double bed. In the hallway leading to the bedrooms, you will find the linen closet with extra towels and linens. Each of the two bedrooms has its own bathroom. The master bedroom has a California king-sized bed, a TV, a sliding glass door onto the lanai. There are two twin beds in the second bedroom and a window looking out onto untracked forest. The unit will sleep six comfortably. The washer/dryer is in a closet at the back of the master bathroom. All areas, including the lanai, are beautifully and comfortably furnished.

April 16 - Dec. 14: $100/day
Dec. 15 - April 15: $115/day
Plus add 13.25% tax and one time $135 cleaning fee.)
