I and six others jointly own a vacation cabin at the ocean that we rent out to others. In the past it was chaos, making reservations, because someone would make a reservation for a certain time slot, but then nobody else would know about it, and they would go and reserve that same time slot for somebody else.

For a time we tried a simple HTML calendar on the web, that we would download, modify, and then upload again. That didn't work too good, either, as uploading and downloading anything, let alone working with an HTML document, left far too much room for human error.

With this new program, however, a few simple clicks of the mouse and a minute of your time on the web is all that's required to make the reservation, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, from anywhere in the world . . . no more having to upload or download anything. No more getting the system all screwed up because somebody forgot to download the current calendar before they modified it.

The system is good through the year 2016.

In addition I would get your site registered with Google. Say some one was looking to rent a condominium or whatever in your neck of the woods (say the Big Island of Hawaii). They would call up Google on their computer, type in a few key words (like "condominium, Big Island, Hawaii" etc.), click Search, and it would list your website.

This is an ASP script, and ASP will not work on just any web site. I had to go shopping and find a special web site that supports ASP. It costs me $130 a year US. I could mail you this program on a 3.5" disk (or E-mail it) and you could load it on your own website, or I'd be willing to rent you space for this program and its accompanying files on this web site for $20 a year. (Everything could be up and running within a few hours!)
